dungar Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 (edited) Hello Room I'm new on this forum and would like some help understanding Paypal & Google IPN installations in the administration panel. This is the case, when someone places an item into the shopping cart checksout goes through the store checkout process, shipping calculator everything is done and arrives at the paypal or google payment page. But doesn't make an actual payment rather abandons it for some reason maybe checking to see if the store has these payment features. But the thing is i am still recieving an X under "Customer Notified" when in actuality payment hasn't been made. My question..... is this the way the payment module is suppose to work?? I had like 30 such instances of these with my current signups and only 5 actual payments were made to my account. Is this a malfunction or is it the events i described above??
