Restructuring Product Page - Is there a way to do this?

Here is one of my product pages:

What I would like to do is have the qty. discount box, the qty. box and the "add to cart" show up on the right side of the product info instead of the boxes that are there now. I can follow instructions but I do tend to get easily confused with lots and lots of coding, lol. Is this something that would be possible for me to figure out or it's just too darn hard/impossible?

 

I know I'm asking alot of questions yesterday & today but I've come pretty far all on my own, so please forgive me ;)

No, what I mean is remove all the infoboxes that are currently in the right column (I know that can be done) and I guess make new infoboxes (?) for the qty. discount, qty. box & "add to cart"...or maybe just put them in tables on the right side? I honestly have no idea how it should be done or if it can be done without making a mess of my store...I just don't think having the qty & add to cart all the way down the page is so great. They should be more obvious at first glance, but I don't know how to make them so.

To order more than one color:

Add Personalized Ribbons/Tags or Confetti Almonds to your order:

 

try putting the above below the add to cart as it look like you have them on most of your items or add then to a page in the info box on the left side of your shop then it will look better but it is ok like it is as most users now no to look at the bottom of the page to add to cart?

Adding those things to infoboxes on the right would work, except that then those options will show up for items that they have nothing to do with, correct? It would be a global change for the whole site, unless I can change my right column infoboxes per category (I don't think so, but I wish I could). I don't think I can add them under the add to cart ....hmmm...I may get an an idea from what you said though. Thanks :)
