payment pending

I have several orders taht state they are pending but the money has not come throguh. If someone uses Paypal or Google the money is usually sent. But it seems when someone pays with a credit card the money does not come through- do I need other feactures or a merchant account?

Check with the customers to see if they have paid, if they have check with the bank in question.

Do all orders happen this way or is it only a few?

In any event i would be suspicious of that!

When You use manual credit card then actual amount is not processed.

You are expected to do that manually.

 

If You wnat to take credit card payment have a merchant account and install the needed payment gateway.

 

Manual cc method is not recommneded for production site.

Thanks, I think you are correct, the required gateways are not there. I'll have to stick to Google cart and Paypal!
