Can the banner (bann.jpg) on the home page be centered? I tried to peek at the index.php code but can't see it. :blush:

The banner is located in /catalog/includes/header.php

osC-CenterShop v2.1 for MS2 - This will centre the entire page ... you could use the same concept but if you JUST want to centre the banner just put the opening <div> and closing </div> that it states in the instructions before and after your banner you want to centre

the short answer to your question is yes, anything can be centered. i don't see any reference to bann.jpg in the code you provided, you you may be looking in the wrong place. depending on how things are set up on your site and what you've done with it, this could anywhere. try looking in your stylesheet. the code you gave includes a couple files - maybe this is referenced in header.php or new_products.php.

your best bet would be to search through the source code files. if you have them all downloaded, you can use many different search tools - even the start -> search -> find in files... feature on windows. if you can search for where bann.jpg is referenced you will then be able to figure out the steps you need to take to center the image.

Wow, thanks guys!

The problem is my OSC is modified and stuff is not where it normally would be. I checked header.php and it only has a mention of p1.jpg(logo). I checked stylesheets, nothing. I guess I'll keep searching!
