payment confirmation

I have set this store up for paypal payflow. I am not sure if that has anything to do with this error message or not, but when clicking on the continue button at payment confirmation I get this error:

 

Account configuration issue. Please verify your login credentials.

 

I don' t have the slightest idea what it is talking about. The credit card billing information matches my account billing info ( I tried it with 2 cards.) or is this a problem with the paypal payflow module?

 

Any help is appreciated.
