Different customer Signups

I am fairly new to osCommerce. My first project is little tricky.

 

I want to be able to put 'Wholesale' sign-up form apart from regular buyers (Retailers). The difference is Wholesale signup need to be moderated via Administrator. The Retailers and wholesalers need to find different rates and info.

 

Is this possible with osCommerce? Any guidance will be highly appreciated.
