textbook Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 Hello, Is there a way I can change the message in the checkout success page? Currently, it is: "Your Order Has Been Processed! Your order has been successfully processed! Your products will arrive at their destination within 2-5 working days. You can view your order history by going to the 'My Account' page and by clicking on 'History'. Please direct any questions you have to the store owner. Thanks for shopping with us online!" Also, the customer gets redirected to this page no matter if the transaction completed sucessfully or didnt complete successfully. Is it possible to redirect the customer to a different page if the transaction failed? Thanks so much.

textbook Posted October 14, 2008 Author Posted October 14, 2008 thanks a lot! it worked perfectly. I just have one other question. Do you know how to change the image of 'the guy on the surfboard' that is displayed whenever the customer logs out, checks out, or sends me a message? It is located in /catalog/images/ and is called "table_background_man_on_board.gif" I overwrote it with a different image but that didnt work. Please let me know if you know how to fix it. Thanks a lot!

Then when just the image is shown, click F5 or 'refresh' button to force a reload of the image. That should do it.
textbook Posted October 15, 2008 Author Posted October 15, 2008 ok thanks I fixed it. The problem was that I renamed the file "table_background_man_on_board" when it was supposed to be "table_background_man_on_board.gif". Thanks for all the help.
