Template problem guys..help!

So i downloaded this free template. After doing my thing in photoshop and making it look all pretty, i am having a tough time getting it to show up on my site. I already have a pre-existing store and just want to change from the stupid default template to this new one.

 

Other templates that i have gotten before come with all the installation files which make it easy.....just install oscommerce and the template is there. But this template only has an images folder.

 

I tried just replacing this new images folder with the existing one with no luck. what do i have to do to get this template to show up?

No idea, maybe you need the simple template sytem addon.
