I've attempted to install google check-out module and when going to admin payment module I select the install button and receive the following error code.

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function gc_cfg_select_shipping() in /home/sensati5/public_html/shop/admin/modules.php(235) : eval()'d code on line 1

 

Any suggestions on what I've done wrong here and how to fix it?

Have you run the shipping generator and copy and pasted the results in your shipping_methods.php file? That's an extra step you have to do to get Googlecheckout working.
