Gina ftp the unzipped includes and images directories to your website catalog directory (or to your store root directory if you have installed osc in your website root directory). Go to Admin -> Modules -> Shipping and activate.

Now that did not help, but you did ask. You need a program to copy the files to (and from) your website. An ftp program will do this. Filezilla is such a program and is free to download and use.
