What is the filename it should be when download?

If I have a digital product named "Video123", what will the download file name it should be in the /download folder? Is it something like "Video123.zip" ? any ideal?

I just answered your quesiton in the other topic.. you should probably keep your questions all in one topic..

 

HOWEVER, i will answer again.. the answer is :

 

it does not matter what you name the file as long as you put the correct file name in the products attributes field you will be fine.. you also have to remember that if oyu have download sub-folders, you have to put that inthe file name.. So if you have your downloads folder, and they WINDOWS and OSX sub folders, the file name should look like this:

 

windows/filename.jpg

osx/filename.jpg
