Administration Access Lost

Hi there,

 

I am at somewhat confused, why after a server update with my host, I cannot log into my administration panel any more. This morning I also was logged out of my ftp site, which the host support got back to me.

 

So I have ftp back but no access to /catalog/admin/

 

Even if I type in https://www.gardensoyvey.com/catalog/admin/

 

I still get this error message

 

500 Server Error

 

A misconfiguration on the server caused a hiccup. Check the server logs, fix the problem, then try again.

Would that be something my host screwed up???
