jack_frost Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 Its works really poorly. 110:9,1:6,10000:0.00 <--- On this setting, a package weighing 3.5 Costs 9. (As it should) But!, when i change it to this: 0.1:13,0.25:20,0.5:30,1.0:40,5:70 <---- The same package costs Zero. (instead of 40, as it should) What goes wrong?!. I cant seem to grasp it :/ Maybe my shop doesnt handle Decimals very good, but if so, i dont know how to change it. Quote

If not, copy and paste your table rates. Quote

Guest Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 My what in my what? :D If you log into your admin, click configuration, click shipping/packaging, and you will see Package Tare Weight. The default is 3. It is there so that you can make a weight allowance for your packaging material. If you are using ounces or grams, the default of 3 will not make much difference in most cases. If you use lbs or kgs, the differences can be significant. Quote
