We have set up our shipping based on weight and we have got shipping prices upto 1.5kg with Royal Mail and larger weights with parcel force. But for some reason when a person has a total weight of 2-5kg in their basket the shipping rate is 0.00 at checkout. The only shipping option that it brings up is Royal Mail and it states that the 3 kg weight limit has been exceeded. What we would like to know is why doesn`t it click over to the parcel force rates. If a person places an order over 5kg then the parcel force rates are correct at checkout. It seems that there is a void between 2-5 kg.. Can anyone help us with this as it is getting very frustrating!! Thanks Mark Quote
