dbdb726 Posted October 10, 2008 Posted October 10, 2008 For all of you (including myself) who have gone insane trying to figure out why tax is not added to your orders even though you set it up in the zones correctly according to the user manual. Here's the answer: In admin, Go into Catalog / Categories/Products and select a product via edit. Notice the field that says "Tax Class"? If you set up the zone part correctly per the manual, you will have a drop down that says none. Click and it will say "taxable goods". Update your product. Do this for every product you want taxed.
