Is there a setting so that when a order is placed I get a notice via e-mail that a order has been placed on my site

Ok when I get to admin/mystore/ send extra e-mails to

 

it says

 

Send extra order emails to the following email addresses, in this format: Name 1 <email@address1>, Name 2 <email@address2>

 

what format would that be

my e-mail addy is [email protected]

 

do I put it in this way

 

[email protected] or

 

Mo's Gifts <[email protected]> or

 

Name 1 <[email protected]>

I set it up the way you said and its not working

Is there a config problem ?

 

not sure why its not sending to me that a order was placed
