This site = http://www.freewebsitetemplates.com/ Has free templates can i use them on a oscommerce site ? This site = http://www.templateworld.com/ Has lots of templates cheap they have a categorie for oscommerce templates - will they work ok with an oscommerce site ? The templates oscommerce have in there shop are about $150, so i just want to check the cheap and free templates will work BEFORE i open a new oscommerce site. At the moment i am with host papa and am not happy with what they offer so im canceling with them and thinking of getting a oscommerce site. Just want to know what templates i will be able to use, I want my site to look professional I already have a oscommerce site and i have just used the original template, and i am opening another site. Will an already made oscommerce templae be easy to install ? What is STS ? a software i need to install ? Will it be easy to install a template with STS ? Also why should i avoid template monster ? ldmartisans Posted December 10, 2008 Share Posted December 10, 2008 this is just my imput about buying a template from template monster i was getting forced to get my store set up and was tired one night and decided just to buy a template found one in and bought it for 150.00 and soon realized it was a big mistake but they will not give you a refund and they say there is a lot of support but that is not true. the chat line people don't understand questions and when i asked a simple question the response was wrong, ruined my store and i had to install. of course i did not back up the site so that is partly my own fault. the response from the "tech" was to just re install. since i paid for this i will use it but in the future as i learn more i will create my own. however this forum has helped me to make changes to the site.
