Google Base Connector [HELP!]

Hi,

 

stupid google base store connector won't connect, i've tried literally a millions times, and their support is next to non-existent.

 

is there a way i can download my information to create the feed.

 

i was thinking of easy populate, but

 

1) a lot of my products cross into different categories, so that would be annoying to try and figure which ones i've done and which ones i haven't

 

2) i still have to go to each product page and record the URL

 

3) i still have to manually input each product image url

 

with 500 products, this is going to take too long.

 

i read some of the problems is that my store could be customized, the template, yes, but the bones im pretty sure is like most. nothing special about the backend

 

its driving nuts

any ideas.
