755 or 777 depending on your server (755 if running cPanel).

 

admin/images shouldn't matter, because you're not uploading images to it.

What should the permission folder in my catalog/images be set at 666 755 ect or what

same with catalog/admin/images

All folders = 755

All files = 644

 

The 2 configure.php files before install should have 777 or 755.

After install, they should be 644, 444, or 400, whichever their webhost server allows for the warning to disappear.
