Control Panel Missing - HELP!

Hi all,

 

I need urgent help here!! :(

 

I was installing gift voucher halfway and I don't know what I did somehow my whole control panel in admin disappeared! I logged out and tried logging in but I failed. I got an error message "Unable to connect to database server!"

 

My Shop site is still there however there is nothing I can do (can't progress) without having my admin access. I have checked and the database is still there.

 

How can I solve this? Anyway I can get back all my files? Do I have to re-install???

 

I have the backup file from my SQL database but I believe that is not all the work that I have put in right??

I have put in a lot of days' work and I have published my shop site in lots of website.
