Error on account and cart

I get the following error when clicking on "My Account"

Not Found

The requested URL /cgi-bin/php4/kicktoday/fastkick/catalog/DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOGaccount.php was not found on this server.

And this error when clicking on "Checkout"

Not Found

The requested URL /cgi-bin/php4/kicktoday/fastkick/catalog/DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOGcheckout_shipping.php was not found on this server.

I just started happening. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Thanks!

looks like an error in includes/configure.php
