update the database and web files for a live store from another store

I have two stores both use oscommerce. store #1 was the first oscommerce store I own. It was launched earlier than store #2. store #2 has more contributions added and bug fixed. Since store #2 is better, I would like to borrow the oscommerce codes and database structures and use them directly on store #1, instead of installing the contributions and changing the codes again.

 

I would prefer keeping the customers (names, passwords, etc), orders and products images/descriptions of store #1 unchanged. Could someone let me know how I can do that?
