Paypal IPN and items not going to Paypal

I have install the Paypal IPN. When I attempt to place an order, I am directed to the Paypal website. However, when I sign in, none of my order information is transfered over. It's like my pages isn't sending anything to Paypal. Would someone please fill me in as to what I'm doing incorrectly?
