jamesshirley Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 I am having a problem with Tracking orders when purchasing through Paypal.com When A user goes to my site. and Clicks on an ITEM they wish to buy and goes through the shipping and clicks on Confirm order they are redirected to Paypal how to get them back to my site and record the sale as google is not recording the sale through paypal ? Please Help....
FIMBLE Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 If you use PayPal IPN then it should happen already. the order should be entered before going to paypal under status Preparing [PayPal standard] To make sure that it does log into PayPal go to profile then web payments. Select auto return in the return URL put checkot_success.php. PayPal wait 10 seconds before returning your customer it might just be they are going off then!
