It's not doing the low order fee. Under "order total" in "modules" is the low order fee section and the settings are:

Low Order Fee

Display Low Order Fee

true

Sort Order

4

Allow Low Order Fee

true

Order Fee For Orders Under

$6.01

Order Fee

$3.00

Attach Low Order Fee On Orders Made

both

Tax Class

--none--

But no matter what I do to point out to the customers that they must order more than 6 dollars worth, they keep ordering, one after another, the 2.50 stethoscope tubing I'm selling and then oscommerce DOESN'T charge them the low order fee! One order after another with an order total of 5.81 after shipping and NO 3 dollar low order fee. How do I get it to really be enabled? Why won't it work?

check the "Low Order Fee" sort order, the "Low Order Fee" sort order number should be lower than "Total".

That did it. I had 1, 2, 3, 4 and quantity was 4, and the low order fee was 4. But computers don't like to start counting at 1. So I changed low order fee to 0 and now it works.

Is there any way to have something like a fee of 3 dollars if the order is under 1.50, 2 dollars if the order is under 3 dollars and a fee of 1 dollar if the order is under 5 dollars? That is, can I enter in a table somehow like I did with the shipping?
