Can't accesst home page

I was trying to delete those osc icons......and somehow I have made it so you can't access my home page, you are taken directly to the login.

 

I backed up what I was working on, and did a restore, but it didn't fix the problem.

Just when I think I'm starting to "get it"...I mess it up!

HELP!!
