Oscarfishlover Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 I am having a few problems setting up shipping rates. Maybe someone could point me in the right direction? We want to set things up using weight for the shipping rates. So for instance, it will cost £2.50 for something up to one pound in weight. So on the products page, in weight, I just put in 1 .00. Setting up shipping rates I put in 1:2.50. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to working, all it does is show £0.00 when it should show £2.50 If someone could just tell where I am going wrong, I would appreciate it Quote

Ironside Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 Try setting the next band for up to 9999lbs these are the weights and prices I need to set up. I'm not just going to wait for a reply from here, I will be working on it myself, however, if somebody can help, I can get there quicker. Up to 500 g £1.99 between 500 and 999 g £4.00 1 kg - 1.5 kg £5.00 2 - 2.9 kg £5.50 3 - 4.9 kg £6.00 Thanks very much Quote
Ironside Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 Here is a little more information on what I am doing. what I am finding difficult to fathom is somebody may want to buy several individual bars of soap. I believe the soap comes in 100 g, and 70 g weights. So if somebody orders four individual bars, they only get charged £1.99. It's knowing what to put in the "weight text field " on the product pages, quite complicated. http://www.puristnaturalbeauty.co.uk/shop/ Quote
