Warning File Not Updated

I was wondering if someone has had this issue and could be of some help. I was updating my webpage yesterday and halfway through i began getting this message - warning file not updated - when i was trying to update my products.

 

I also was recieveing this message when I was trying to add new option values - 1062 - Duplicate entry '0-1' for key 1

 

insert into products_options_values (products_options_values_id, language_id, products_options_values_name) values ('0', '1', '')

I have never gotten either message before and I was doing both actions perfectly fine yesterday morning and now I cant.

 

Any suggestions would be helpful!!!
