Guest Posted October 4, 2008 Posted October 4, 2008 Hi All What is the difference between the two packages? I use MS2 at the moment and if 2A is newer is there a way of upgrading without losing the sites looks, feel and configuration as it is now. I know I would have to re-install contributions already installed. Any one been down that road yet or any advice greatly welcomed. Regards Liam

Guest Posted October 4, 2008 Posted October 4, 2008 There is an update file in the download of the newer version. Hi Thanks for that. If i update or upgrade how do i do it obviously if I copied the entire download to the server then that means I will overwrite the files and template files that are already there or is it a case of just uploading the install directory. Maybe someone can put me straight on that or point me in the right direction for something to read up on. Regards Liam
