I had a store up but the account page and checkout was blank and not loading, so i took advice and deleted everything through ftp and downloaded os commerce again but when i try to install coming up with the error - Unable to connect to database server! this error comes up with anything i try on www.handbagsandgladrags4u.co.uk could someone please please help Arjay Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Have you checked your includes /configure.php for the correct user names passwords database name?
