E-Check - Need Help - View Payment Details and Edit- orders.php and edit_orders.php

Hello,

 

Doen anyone know how to get the payment details displayed in orders.php and edit_orders.php

 

I need this to be able to see the data to process the orders and also to be able to change the echeck details if customer makes a mistake.

 

Can anyone help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I would also like to have a PAYPAL eCHECK (eCheque) displayed CLEARLY on my Order and Packing Slip as I have accidently posted items to a buyer and then realised that the payment was a PAYPAL eCheque which had not cleared. I hope it does !!!

 

I see in the Order Comments, PayPal placed PayPal IPN Verified [Pending (Verified; 143.30AUD); echeck], so there must be a way of picking up this data and displaying it ??

All my payments go through paypal.

 

Sometimes orders are missing in our admin area on our website, but paypal sends an email that an order was paid for. Paypal does not include what the items were that were purchased - it just says how much they paid. Plus the orders do not sit on the shopping cart website - no record whatsoever.

 

The problem is that when people log into paypal with their account, it works properly. When they pay and do not sign in (maybe they don't have an account) that is the problem. All orders detailing what was ordered, is gone. It notifies you an order was placed and where to ship, but nothing mentions what they ordered.

 

I need this to be corrected, I can't keep calling customers and asking, "what did you order?"

 

On the other hand, some orders are correct in our shopping cart and we get the proper email showing what was ordered and how much (that is probably because they have an account with Paypal and it logs the info in).

 

I just can't figure it out.
