If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner. Why would guest.php be a shipping module? Unfortunately International customers are still unable to check out unless I offer them free shipping. USPS is not calculating their shipping cost. Please help

You are correct....I did not do a required update for USPS. It didn't seem to affect anything until now. Weird! Anywhooo thank you and I will get right on that

Bet there are still thousands of sites not working that have never been corrected.
