Speeding up the attributes process

Hi there,

I'm pretty new at this and perhaps there is an obvious answer to this question that I cannot discover.

I have very many products in my shopping cart and I need to attatch 25 different options to each of them. Is there any way to add these 25 attributes all at once or do i have to add all 25 manually for each and every product I have in my catalog?

Thanks!

Set up one product with the 25 options.

Install the Easy Populate contribution.

Download a complete product file.

Use that as a template to create 5 products.

Upload the file using EP.

Add the rest of your products to the file and upload

I Use this contribution

http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/4063

It allows you to add the attributes directly from the create new product or product edit screen.

it also allows you to define "attribue sets"

So once you have set up your attribute set (that contains your required 25 attributes) one click will apply your 25 attributes to the item.

The downside to this is that you will have to edit every product.

If you have loads of items in your store then geoffreys suggestion of EP is better
