Cut down admin area

Hi,

 

I need to allow access to the admin area for a third party but I don't want them to see everything. Ideally they would type in a customers name, postcode, order id or whatever and it would give them the details for that customer.

 

Does anybody know if there is a contribution I can use/amend to do this?
