Product url sometimes redirects to login page

Hello

 

We are paying for google adwords and one of our product links that we use is

 

http://www.nicedentist.com/store/product_i...28169fbe60d9601

 

which should take the user to that product page, however sometimes it re-directs them to

 

http://www.nicedentist.com/store/login.php

 

I think it has something to do with session and cookies, but not 100% sure. Can somebody please help me with this, I am a newb when it comes to this so please be gentle.

it might be the session information in the link. but even if it isn't, you don't want the session id in the link because it can cause other problems. remove everything including and after the "&osCsid=" and see if things behave better.
