Format text in the email/fax order to store owner?

Hello,

 

I am trying to change the font (to be bold and larger) of the text that the customer puts into the comment boxes when he checks out of the store. We have it set up so that the order information goes to the store owner by fax, and he needs this information to be more noticeable on his fax that he receives.

 

I am assuming that if I add a new class to the .css stylesheet and apply it to that text, then it should work. The only problem is that I tried it and it didn't work. I am not sure that I am working with the right file where the email/fax is generated for the store owner and customer. What file would this be? Are there any current posts that address this issue?
