Increase percentage in paypal

hi, I have a problem, I wanna to increase a percentage when my customer pay with paypal, How can I do that, BEcause I have a price to my customer when they pay in cash or effective, but I need to increase a percentage because paypal, and the transfer to my accunt bank cost me, and my earn is very low, please help me, only I need to increase when my customer pay with paypal, and when my customer pay in cash, stay the same price without the increase, thanks for the attention

under Paypal's terms and conidition IT IS ILLEGAL FOR YOU TO CHARGE YOUR CUSTOMERS SURCHARGE WHEN THEY CHOOSE TO PAY WITH PAYPAL - This is why we moved away from them!!!

I ask this because I am in Ecuador, and transfer the money to my account, in Ecuador, Paypal costo me 2.9% and transfer to my account cost me 5% more, totally is almost 8%, For this is my question, Thanks for the attention

Thanks JT boy, but you can help me do that in Paypal???, I dont know much PHP, I Know a little, How I can do that in Paypal, and not in CC.php, or only works in CC.php?? thanks for the attention
