I have had my site up and running for some time, but this morning I have noticed that when a customer selects a downloadable product, it has started to put postage onto the purchase during checkout. I thought I wasn't getting many downloads these days, and this could be the cause. Can anyone give me a clue as to what could have happened? All the downloadable files are still there and have worked fine previously - its just it shouldn't be adding postage of course. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Posted October 2, 2008 Share Posted October 2, 2008 Can anyone give me a pointer with the above - obviously the 'download' sales should not attract postage charges, and like I said in my earlier post - it did work fine until sometime recently.
