Remove Box headings and borders

I have the categories box up on my site (locally), it is populated with images. I would like to REMOVE the category header and the borders that go around it. Is there a guide for this or an easy way to go about it?

It all depends on if you have a standard or modified box there.

its the standard osCommerce template that comes with installation. I am customizing at the moment, and instead of having text for the categories, I have images. I would like the header Categories and the surrounding border of that box to disappear, if possible. I am sure it is possible, would rather it be simple, but I can handle the hard stuff as well.
