my website dont send emails to customers

First it was http://www.ochelari.3x.ro/ on this server, http://www.3x.ro/

It's free hosting , and i parked telefoane-accesori on ochelari.3x.ro, they dont have option email on server, i can not have email : [email protected].

In my store i have :

E-Mail Address [email protected]

E-Mail From [email protected]

Country Romania

 

 

When i make new account and i place an order website dont send email with my order, if i make update to order,(procesing/delivered) site dont send email.

If i send some request on contact.php i receive that request on my email.

Any ideea?

If the domain is ochelari.3x.ro and the email is on ochelari-de-soare.com then any email sent from your domain will be counted as "relayed" and tagged as spam by most ISPs.

 

You need to use a professional hosting service which does give you email based on your domain.
