ultras.nick
I have a client that would like to retain his oscommerce going from my server to his new server. Can this be done with a FTP transfer or is there a special way to do it and retain all the functionality of the store? You can copy the entire site on the new server over a FTP Manager and then reinstall it - you will need the install folder. after istalling the Configure files will be modified according to your new server. Then restore your database - first make a back-up of it, of course :) And that's it. This should work withound any problems - that's the way I always do.
