I've got a fair amount of knowledge of web design and so on, but end up tearing my hair out when it comes to this kind of stuff. So I've been spending a few hours fixing the PayPal 'Invoice already paid' problem, and now I've stumbled across another problem. That is, that the IPN isn't working properly. I decided to run the debug and it turns out its an invalid process.
