PayPal Module

Hi I have a question about after an order is completed on my site with the shopping cart.The transaction goes through fine to Paypal but I need to know how to find out what item the customer purchased off the site.I have only six items for sale on the site but they all are different items.I need to specify the items in the transaction details.eg.item description and quantity bought, in the documentation from my Paypal account.I am thinking it is in the Paypal module can some help me edit the code.
