RusArt Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 Hello. I want to install some Add-Ons, I've installed the basic version "osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2 Release Candidate 2a". But the moste AddOns are for "MS2"... I can't find any information what's this and what's the differents between this two versions but Add-Ons for MS2 don't work on rc2... Sorry for such a question but I need help. Thanks anyway!
Jack_mcs Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 MS2 is a previous release of oscommerce. It was around for several years so most contributions are written for it. Many contributions have updates that will allow them to work with RC2 shops and, for others, it doesn't matter. If you try one and it doesn't work and it doesn't have an RC2 update, then you need to ask in the support thread for that contribution. Actually, you probably should ask there first.
