NoddyAsh Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 Hi, I have a site with digital downloads and sometimes I need to check that they are actually shown correctly if a customer doesn't know where to find it or to check it is actually working ok. I would therefore like to log in as the customer and have to ask them for their password at present. Can I find ths on the system/database somehow? Ta, Russ
germ Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 The customer passwords are in the DB, but they're encrypted and you can't decipher them. I believe there is a contribution called "Master Password" that allows you to log in to all accounts (I think). If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
