Template Install

Hello Everyone,

 

I posted something yesterday but I thought I fixed it however I did not. Now I know this is not an osCommerce problem per se, However Ican not figure it out. I am trying to install a template but when I get to the 2nd screen where i check the autoconfigure and database checkboxes, it just stops there and goes no further. I checked the configure in admin/includes and includes. It is set fine read write and exec is set properly, I know I also have it set properly on the /images.

 

I got the template from here so I know it's a good one just don't know what the problem is. It's the music_instruments template does anyone know how to fix it it would be awesome if I could get this template working very soon.

 

I have already done every thing in the pinned install guide that is in this forum.

You need to direct this problem to your template provider.

can i BEG you not to use a template.. You SAY its a good one, yet you werent able to go to the template provider for even a simple INSTALL question??

 

really, i have found that people with h templats actually need to have MORE php knowledge than most of us basic users have. I was able to fully customize my store, but have not been able to help many template peopel because their issues are usually crazy complex. Also, did oyu know that MOST templates are running on the OLD version of oscommerce.. sometimes REALLY old versions.. its really NOT a good idea.
