Ultimate SEO URL Problem

Hi I have install Ultimate Seo Url contribution, this is nice contribution all work well but I found one problem as below.

 

When I add products to cart its says shopping cart empty.

I turn off the W3C validating from eh admin so now I can add product to the cart.

So my question is if W3C validate turn off is it effect to my google ranking ?

 

Also I have realize when turn on W3C validating there are amp; is in side the url and if its “&” then its work any suggestion according to there prior experience ?
