Free Shipping (by certain method), but still be able to choose from other (paid) shipping methods

Hi,

 

I have one question. I am able to allow free shipping when you buy over a specified amount.

If you purchase for more than $100 you get free shipping by normal airmail post.

If you purchase for more than $300 you get free shipping by private carrier / delivery company.

 

Now the problem is: when I have items totalizing let's say $120, in the shipping page I see I got free shipping by normal airmail post. But the other options aren't there anymore. Yet, I am in a hurry and I need them delivered quickly, by the private carrier option. I am unable to find that option to choose it.

 

Does anyone know how to solve this?

 

To have free shipping but still be able to choose from the other paid methods?

 

I've looked around this forum and in the contrib pages endlessly, but no solution found.
