2006 Error, with Canada Post mod.

pardon the title typo...the error 1054

 

 

I've installed the canada post shipping mod with labels..and am having issues. I've searched via this site as well as google etc. and can't find a working solution. I've searched specifically for my error after reading a post here, but the search feature wont allow it..here's the error any solutions or assistance would be awesome..

 

1054 - Unknown column 'p.products_dim_type' in 'field list'

 

select p.products_id, pd.products_name, p.products_model, p.products_image, p.products_price, p.products_weight, p.products_dim_type, p.products_weight_type, p.products_length, p.products_width, p.products_height, p.products_ready_to_ship, p.products_tax_class_id from products p, products_description pd where p.products_id = '258' and pd.products_id = p.products_id and pd.language_id = '1'

it's appears under the shopping cart section on the main page. and the following error appears when I add a product to the catalog..

1054 - Unknown column 'products_weight_type' in 'field list'
