Dynamic sitemaps install - Where are the install instructions ?

I seem to have totally missed something trying to install Dynamic Sitemaps

After uploading code & modifying the db vai the SQL file the Sitemap config menu does not appear in the Admin Tools area

 

The install.txt seems to suggest there is a previous installation instruction...

"That completes the install portion."

 

Ive tryied to find other details onn install and cant

 

Any asisstance is appreciated
